The Camp Crystal Lake Packing List

Hey Camper! You’re in for a wild ride here at Camp Crystal Lake. We have lots of fun activities planned, from archery to campfire songs and so much more, and our attentive counselors keep a close eye on every camper.

We want to make sure you have the best summer, so here are some tips on what to bring:

  • A blue crewneck sweater. For cool nights by the lake and convincing someone you’re their dead mom.

  • Sleeping pills. Will help you fall asleep in an unfamiliar environment. Plus sometimes the only way to kill a murderer is by following him into his dreams.

  • A razor. Good for maintaining personal hygiene and impersonating undead children.

  • Extra car keys, batteries, and spare tires. Can’t hurt to be prepared for a quick getaway.

  • Useful tools. If you can’t fit a pitchfork, ax, or chainsaw in your suitcase, a sacred dagger will do.

  • Sleeping bag. Preferably something insulated to keep you extra cozy while being bashed against a tree.

  • Treats for your pet. Though we can’t in good conscience recommend that you bring one.

  • Not bananas. Do not under any circumstances bring bananas.
